Deliverables created under a client contract are governed by that contract. Ownership and licence terms for custom software, designs, and source code will be specified in your project agreement.

Project scope, timelines, fees, payment schedules, warranties, and acceptance criteria are defined in individual contracts or proposals. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access (hosting, accounts, content) needed to complete work. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates and costs as agreed in writing.

Fees, taxes, and payment methods are stated in your invoice or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.

The website and general information provided online are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatize Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for claims related to the website (excluding matters covered by a separate signed contract) shall not exceed the amount you paid us for website-related services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
